The company may: carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (in compliance with the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans to its direct or indirect shareholders or to its direct or indirect subsidiaries or to those of its direct or indirect shareholders, as well as provide securities of any kind, including the pledge or transfer of its own assets as security, or provide guarantees of any kind, even if these loans, securities or guarantees are provided exclusively in the interest of its direct or indirect shareholders or the said subsidiaries and without any consideration.
