The purpose of the company is: I. to provide all kinds of advice and services in the fields of law, taxation and business management; II. to hold real estate, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; III. to acquire, hold, manage, sell and exchange participations in all types of companies and businesses, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant guarantees, make loans, advances or borrowings to associates or third parties. The company may conclude contracts and, in particular, grant loans or other forms of financing or borrowing to group companies and provide all kinds of securities for their obligations, including through pledges, transfers or assignments for security purposes of the company's assets or through guarantees of any kind, whether for consideration or not.
