The company's purpose is any activity not prohibited by the LFAIE in the field of real estate in the broadest sense, in Switzerland and abroad, in particular the purchase, sale, promotion, development, construction, renovation, brokerage, consulting, advertising, rental, management and administration of properties. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and that promote its development, including the acquisition of participations in other companies. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad or found companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all mobile, real estate (not prohibited by the LFAIE) and financial transactions and conclude any contract directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose or likely to contribute to its development. It may also grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if this serves its interests.
