The company's purpose is to operate an architecture firm (including interior architecture), to carry out all architectural work, planning, construction, urban planning, studies and expertise, site management and supervision. The company also aims to manage real estate, buy or sell properties, and promote within the limits of the Federal Law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners, as well as all activities related to its social purpose. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches, - participate in other companies directly or indirectly related to its purpose, acquire or establish them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its partners and to third parties, - stand as guarantor for loans subscribed by partners and third parties, - guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
