The company's purpose is: to build, renovate, maintain and manage real estate assets; to provide services and advice in project management and monitoring (architectural mandates, piloting, implementation and maintenance) as well as to participate in all real estate and financial transactions (purchase, sale, brokerage) in all areas, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may also: participate in or execute any mandates and advice in the field of design, art, hospitality and para-hospitality; represent and advise public and private entities in the field of construction, renovation and planning; engage in any financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or management activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; and grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
