Acquisition, holding, administration, management, sale, in Switzerland and abroad, in the sense of a holding company, of all participations in all companies or enterprises, it being specified that the company may hold participations in real estate companies or enterprises with exclusively commercial use in Switzerland; provision of services to its subsidiaries, in particular in financial matters, notably the centralized management of the treasury of its subsidiaries (cf. articles of association for complete purpose).
