The company's purpose is to provide all services related to real estate. To this end, it may provide all services in the real estate sector, in particular in the management and development of companies, carry out promotions, coordinate projects, offer training, real estate brokerage, organize events and carry out all operations in the real estate sector. The company has the power to acquire interests in any form in all companies or corporations with an identical or similar purpose, or which are likely to promote its social purpose, by creating new companies or enterprises, contributions, subscriptions, purchases of securities and participations or social rights, or by merger or association. The company may, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of transactions subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners.
