The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, for its own account as well as for the account of third parties, is to carry out all operations related to the real estate sector, such as the purchase, sale, management, promotion, construction, transformation and renovation of real estate, while respecting the provisions of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, acquire or sell real estate, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. All subject to the activities prohibited by the LFAIE.
