The company's purpose is to provide educational training services and orientation consulting, as well as legal support; the creation, management, development, and promotion of all types of international educational products, projects, and events, including those related to the fields of international law, business, finance, innovation, sports, culture, scientific research, applied sciences, and publishing; the governance, direction, and management of all aspects of private higher education (academies, institutes, schools), including its creation, the admission campaign, the educational process itself, graduation, and the awarding of diplomas and certificates to students completing the prescribed course of study; the company may establish and sign agreements related to educational activities. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as take participations in other companies with a similar or related purpose. The company may provide financial assistance to its affiliated companies, i.e. direct or indirect subsidiaries, direct or indirect sister companies, or direct or indirect parent companies, including by granting loans, advances, guarantees, or securities in any form, whether or not against remuneration. The company may acquire, manage, and dispose of patents, trademarks, industrial and technical know-how. The company may acquire, hold, manage, develop, and dispose of real estate (in Switzerland only for commercial properties and excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad.
