The company's purpose is to plan, realize and finance, as well as participate in, real estate and construction projects; to acquire, manage, broker and sell real estate; to provide services in the areas of new construction, renovation, rehabilitation, renovation, utilization and management of real estate; and to participate in companies that are active in the aforementioned business areas, excluding transactions that are prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983, on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (BewG). The company may participate in other domestic and foreign companies, establish branches and subsidiaries, acquire or establish similar or related companies, and enter into any business and conclude any contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
