The company's purpose is to operate a garage, perform mechanical and maintenance work on vehicles, rent vehicles, buy and sell new and used vehicles, as well as spare parts, and provide vehicle assistance and breakdown services. The company may also, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding all transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and take an interest, in any form, in similar companies, in particular by acquiring stakes in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
