The cooperative aims to eliminate the disadvantages of today's personal, business, institutional and legal fragmentation. It offers new solutions by collecting and managing functions and property. It decides on a case-by-case basis whether to become the formal owner. The financial side, risk and control over functions and property remain with the original owner, from whom the cooperative collects and manages the corresponding functions or property. The cooperative issues time credits for contributed goods (including money) or services and guarantees that they can be exchanged for care, support or other services within the cooperative. The cooperative can acquire, manage and sell real estate, as well as enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it. The cooperative informs about the old, acephalous forms of community and initiates corresponding teams. The cooperative is also a social voice for the existing personal, business, institutional and legal problems and their corresponding solutions in connection with today's fragmentation and conducts corresponding public relations work to raise awareness and attract new members.
