The purpose of the Company is the holding, development, coordination, financing of companies, enterprises and projects for the planning, marketing, preparation, construction, development, management and provision of associated services in relation to residential, commercial and hospitality properties of all kinds, such as hotels, apartments, holiday homes and villas, sports and transportation facilities, swimming pools, sports halls, sports fields, fitness, wellness and leisure facilities, including restaurants, bars and other public establishments, commercial and infrastructural facilities and auxiliary buildings for their construction and operation. The operation of cable car installations, the construction of installations for the transport of persons and goods, in accordance with the concession of the Federal Department of Transport; the construction and operation of restaurants and refreshment areas. The Company may be active directly or indirectly in the purchase, holding, sale, management and administration of participations, also in trust, in Swiss and foreign industrial, commercial and financial companies; in the provision of organizational, technical, financial and administrative services for affiliated companies or companies doing business with the Company and for third parties. The Company may also undertake any activity that is related to the corporate purpose or that is useful for achieving the same. In this context, the Company may carry out all commercial and industrial operations with movable and immovable property as well as intellectual property, and procure financing, including the issuance of guarantees, loans and other real guarantees also in favor of third parties.
