It may also trade construction and finishing materials, furniture, technical installations and other products related to the real estate sector, and act as an agent, broker or intermediary. The company may also provide services and activities in the field of information technology (IT), including the development, acquisition, granting, management and sale of licenses, software, IT products, know-how, copyrights and intellectual property products. This also includes the creation of applications and software related to the real estate sector, automation systems and other related sectors. The company may also carry out financing activities, including the granting of loans, guarantees, including mortgages, pledges, sureties and guarantees also in favor of third parties, excluding, however, the exercise of banking and insurance activities for which authorization is required under Swiss law.
