The company's purposes include all activities in the fields of construction and real estate, the latter provided that it is not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); all activities in the field of electricity, directly and through subcontracting; all activities in the field of photovoltaic installations, renovation, and subcontracting. The company may also carry out all commercial, financial, movable, and immovable transactions, the latter provided that they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); take participations in other companies; and, in general, carry out all operations that have a direct or indirect relation to the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
