Rahim Houshmand. The establishment and management of structures related to health care, hotel, para-hotel and rental activities, as well as equipment for revitalization, leisure and free time, as well as the purchase, sale and production of furniture and products of any kind having direct or indirect relevance to these activities. It may acquire other real estate for the exercise of similar activities and establish branches and subsidiaries, as well as participate, in any form, in companies with similar purposes both in Switzerland and abroad.
