The company's purpose is to provide services in the leisure sector related to the Nordic countries: administration, purchase, rental and sale of movable and immovable property, with the exception of all actions prohibited by the LFAIE; rental and sale of vehicles; production of movable property; trade in goods of all kinds. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its social purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar enterprises, in particular by taking a participation in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
