The Foundation is established by Save the Children Association, a Swiss association with its registered office in Geneva (CHE-100.788.251) (the Founder). The Foundation cooperates with the Founder and its affiliated entities, as well as with all members and associate members of the Founder, for the benefit of children, to make children's rights a reality worldwide. The Foundation's objective is to provide global support to social projects carried out for the benefit of children and their rights, transforming these projects into sustainable and evolving social initiatives for maximum impact. To achieve its objectives, the Foundation may engage in any activity in accordance with the Statutes, including, but not limited to, the following activities: (i) facilitating and supporting social impact projects and/or social enterprises that commit to promoting children's rights and improving the lives of vulnerable children and their families; (ii) launching, developing and growing these projects and/or social enterprises; (iii) designing and implementing innovative financing mechanisms and solutions; (iv) contributing, lending, depositing or investing its funds in any manner, using the income from these activities to achieve its objectives; (v) supporting, administering or creating other charitable organizations; (vi) being active in any other manner consistent with the purpose and Statutes. The Foundation may create, participate in, promote and support other legal entities if they contribute to the purpose of the Foundation. The relationships that the Foundation creates with these entities may be defined in affiliation agreements.
