The company may grant direct or indirect financing, in the form of loans and/or any other form of financing or guarantees, with or without remuneration, to its direct or indirect shareholders, to third parties, or to companies in which it holds direct or indirect interests, as well as to companies in which its shareholders hold direct or indirect interests. It may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
