The operation of an agricultural, production, viticultural, arboricultural, horticultural, forestry, animal breeding and fattening farm; maintenance of rural and natural spaces and occupations serving these activities; composting; supply of production agents and trade, valorization and sale of land and livestock products; raising awareness of rural activities, and this, in particular, in compliance with the Federal Law on Rural Land Rights of October 4, 1991 (LDFR). In compliance with the provisions applicable to rural land law, the company may participate in other companies and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate and, in general, carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
