The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, rental, management, installation, distribution, planning, as well as consulting and provision of assistance in the field of floating and fixed installations used for transporting, filling, discharging, storing and prospecting oil and other liquids. The acquisition of participations in all companies in Switzerland and abroad and their financing, in any form, excluding any participation in companies holding residential real estate in Switzerland. Furthermore, it may undertake any activity that is not prohibited by Swiss law, in Switzerland or in any country, i.e., in this context, any commercial, financial or industrial activity. The company may grant loans and other forms of financing to other group companies and to third parties (including shareholder companies (direct or indirect) of the company and companies directly or indirectly held by them), as well as grant guarantees in favor of these same companies and to third parties (including, but not limited to, direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies directly or indirectly held by them) for all kinds of commitments, in particular in the form of sureties, guarantees, pledges or fiduciary assignments of the company's assets, or provide guarantees, take securities or otherwise secure commitments of the company or these other companies, for consideration or not. It may also license, acquire and assign any license and intellectual property right. The company may perform all operations and acts that seem conducive to the achievement of its purposes or are compatible with these purposes. Finally, it may create subsidiaries and branches, and acquire real estate in Switzerland and abroad, provided that any real estate that may be held in the context of the aforementioned activities will be exclusively used for commercial purposes.
