The company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad is: (i) the acquisition, sale, holding and administration of all types of participations in all types of companies, excluding companies (with their registered office in Switzerland) whose purpose is the acquisition of real estate within the meaning of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); (ii) to carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it; and (iii) to grant loans or any other form of financing to, and provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the Company's assets.
