The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, namely the purchase, sale, rental and operation of all real estate, as well as the holding of properties for its own account and for the account of third parties, with the exception of transactions subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may: participate in all companies and carry out all movable, immovable, financial and commercial transactions directly or indirectly related to the realization of its purpose; grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other commitment, if it serves its interests; establish branches in Switzerland or abroad.
