The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, creation, holding, administration, and management of interests in all companies or enterprises, directly or indirectly, both in Switzerland and abroad (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE). The company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches or subsidiaries, take interests in, and more generally participate in, all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; - carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all other operations, notably financial, commercial, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, or likely to promote its development, it being specified that any acquisition of immovable property in Switzerland may only take place in compliance with the LFAIE; and - provide financial assistance, including loans, advances, guarantees or securities of all kinds to its shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties.
