The purpose of the company is to promote or guarantee, through joint action, the specific economic interests of its members: to promote alternative housing and care solutions for the elderly or people with disabilities, in particular by reflecting on the concept of adapted housing and identifying key criteria, developing, participating in and implementing projects, including as a project owner, ensuring advisory, management and operational activities for adapted housing; to provide moderate-rent housing through the following means: acquisition of building land and superficies; construction and acquisition of single-family homes and rental buildings that meet the current housing needs of a cooperative; careful and continuous maintenance, periodic renovation of existing buildings; new construction, when existing buildings can no longer be renovated in a cost-effective manner; use of support instruments in the sense of federal, cantonal or communal laws promoting the construction of moderate-rent or moderate-price housing; administration and rental of housing in accordance with the principle of cost-covering rents; construction of single-family homes and apartments for sale in the form of condominium ownership or under superficies; promotion of cooperative activities in residential areas; conceptual and material support for initiatives aimed at providing affordable and quality housing (for full purpose see articles of association)
