Through the joint action and co-responsibility of its members, the company aims to provide its members with safe housing at moderate rents, to create a space for mixed housing and economic activities. It seeks to achieve this goal as follows: a) Acquisition of a right of superficie in order to carry out the realization, rental, operation and management of a building in a housing cooperative; b) Construction of a rental building that meets the current housing and activity needs of a housing cooperative; c) Use of support instruments in the sense of federal, cantonal and communal laws promoting the construction of housing and activities at moderate rents or prices; d) Administration and rental of housing and activity spaces in accordance with the principle of cost-covering rents. The company's activity is of public utility and does not pursue any profit-making purpose. The company may participate in enterprises and organizations pursuing an identical or similar purpose. It agrees to become a member of the Association Romande des Maîtres d'Ouvrage d'Utilité Publique (ARMOUP).
