Through the joint action and co-responsibility of its members, the cooperative aims to provide its members with safe housing at moderate rents and to maintain it, by acquiring land for construction and superficies rights, by building and acquiring single-family homes and rental buildings that meet the current housing needs of a cooperative, by using support instruments in the sense of federal, cantonal or communal laws promoting the construction of housing at moderate rent or price, by administering and renting out housing in accordance with the principle of cost-covering rents (cf. statutes for full purpose).
