These services can only be provided to members of the Swiss Electrical Purchasing Association eev Cooperative in Urtenen-Schönbühl. If a member leaves the Swiss Electrical Purchasing Association eev Cooperative, all services must be discontinued, subject to contractual notice periods. Furthermore, the company can conduct all business that is suitable to promote or facilitate the development of the company and the achievement of its purpose, including establishing branches in Switzerland and abroad, participating in similar companies in Switzerland and abroad, and acquiring and disposing of real estate.
