The cooperative aims to promote the economic interests of its members through joint self-help by providing members with fee-based services in the areas of compliance, including controls to combat money laundering and terrorist financing, and risk management related to the activities of members as financial service providers; this includes, in particular, but not exclusively, services such as financial market law training for its members, which the cooperative either provides itself or brokers for its members through joint, coordinated procurement of such services in cooperation with partners. The cooperative may engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the cooperative or are suitable for promoting or facilitating it. The cooperative may acquire, encumber, hold, and dispose of real estate in Switzerland and abroad. The cooperative may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad.
