The company's purpose is to engage in fund business and provide all other services that a fund management company is permitted to provide under the Federal Act on Financial Institutions. This includes, in particular: the establishment, management and administration of domestic collective investment schemes, including real estate funds; the management of foreign collective investment schemes; the offering of collective investment schemes; the provision of services in the areas of asset management, investment advice and related administrative services, including the management of securities and real estate for third parties; the provision of administrative services in the fund business for domestic and foreign collective investment schemes and similar assets, such as internal special funds, investment foundations and investment companies. The company may establish branches that provide services within the scope of the company's purpose. Furthermore, it may establish subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire participations in companies whose purpose is the collective investment business.
