The cooperative aims to create affordable housing, primarily in accordance with federal, cantonal, and municipal housing promotion policies, with a non-profit intention. Furthermore, it participates in environmentally and socially compatible densification to counteract unnecessary sealing of green spaces. It can buy and sell land, building rights, condominium ownership, or properties with buildings, develop, renovate, and rent them. The cooperative can offer services such as building ownership, administration, appraisal, or market matching to partner companies at cost price, which pursue a similar goal. The cooperative's activity is non-profit and not profit-oriented. The cooperative can participate in other cooperatives with a similar purpose.
