The company's purpose is to provide all services related to property management, real estate agency, brokerage, rental, sale and purchase of properties, and administration of condominium properties, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, as well as the operation of public establishments. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad; it may acquire interests in any companies in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans, in particular to associates, acquire or establish similar or related businesses and assume all functions that are intended to develop the company's purpose or have a direct or indirect connection with its object, as well as all financial and real estate transactions related thereto.
