Provision of financial services for the benefit of the group companies of Seadrill Group, may grant loans or other financings to the parent company and its direct or indirect shareholders as well as their direct or indirect subsidiaries, against payment or free of charge, and may provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind, chartering and leasing of water transport means and other machinery, equipment and facilities in this connection.
