The association aims to support, organize and carry out various cultural events, in particular the events of the SEEBÜHNE ZIMMERBERG taking place on Lake Zurich. In this context, the following supporting activities, not exhaustively listed, are possible within the framework of the association's purpose - directly or indirectly: a) sale of tickets, b) production and sale of advertising items such as textiles, souvenirs, etc., c) trade in sound and image rights, d) production of sound and image carriers, e) sale of beverages and food. The association strives to obtain a protected trademark. This can be used and marketed to promote the association's purpose. It can fulfill the described purpose by cooperating with other organizations and companies. In particular, it can establish subsidiaries or participate in other legal entities or companies to achieve its purpose.
