The purpose of the company is to provide management and consulting services in the Oil & Gas, technology, IT and real estate sectors, including acquiring, developing, encumbering, managing, administering and selling real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participating in real estate companies and enterprises with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, in compliance with the applicable regulations, with particular reference to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Land by Foreigners (LAFE) and the Cantonal Law on the Exercise of Trustee Professions (LFid). The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
