Swiss Educational Society for Healthy Sexuality. The purpose of the society is the acquisition, holding, management, use, and exploitation of intangible rights (in particular, trademarks, copyrights, usage rights, and licensing rights) in the field of sexological educational, cultural, and event formats, as well as the development, production, and distribution of merchandise. The society can grant third parties usage and franchise/licensing rights in return for compensation, provide services, and organize events either independently or through third parties. The society can establish branches and subsidiaries and participate in other companies.
