The purpose of the company is to provide engineering services and related technical consulting. The company may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, hold and sell real estate and intellectual property rights. The company may also carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company. The company is authorized to take financing, restructuring and intercession measures in favor of shareholders, group companies or third parties, as well as to grant loans or provide security for the obligations of shareholders, group companies or third parties. The company is not permitted to acquire real estate that is not operational property within the meaning of Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG), nor may it participate in legal entities within the meaning of Art. 4 para. 1 lit. e of the BewG.
