The foundation, as a non-profit and politically neutral organization, aims to preserve Tibetan culture and promote exchange with other cultures that contribute to personal development and peaceful community life through high ethical values. To achieve this, the foundation can provide financial contributions in the form of donations or loans to organizations and individuals who are active in the sense of the foundation's purpose, organize informal events or provide financial contributions to events, conduct fundraising for the fulfillment of the foundation's purpose, provide information work for intercultural education, acquire suitable properties, preferably in the canton of Bern, through rental or purchase, and make them available to institutions, organizations, and individuals without profit intentions who are active in accordance with the foundation's purpose, and maintain a network with organizations with similar concerns.
