The purpose of the Company is to carry out the following activities: implementation of educational, research and academic activities, combining them with multifunctional educational methods, applying online, mixed and offline education methods according to the best European standards; organizing teaching and research activities jointly with public and private organizations; organizing, promoting and managing seminars, round tables, conferences and debates; editorial production activities for its own account and for the account of third parties; the creation, sale and distribution of various types of books and publications; promoting and encouraging the international dimension of studies, training and scientific research; concluding contracts and agreements for consulting and professional services for third parties, including public and private bodies; carrying out any other activity related to university teaching, including international cooperation. The company may create branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may take participations in all companies, acquire or create such companies, carry out all operations and perform all functions that are intended to develop the purpose of the company or that have a direct or indirect connection with its object. It carries out all these aforementioned activities in compliance with the LFAIE and other Swiss laws. It may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
