In order to achieve the company's purpose, the company may carry out any necessary or useful operation, including the acquisition of participations in other companies or entities established or to be established with a similar, related or connected object, the assumption of mortgage and non-mortgage loans in any form with private individuals, companies and credit institutions and the granting of real and non-real guarantees, including sureties, letters of indemnity and guarantee, endorsements and anything else deemed necessary.
