The purpose of the company is to acquire, possess, manage, administer and utilize all movable and immovable assets (in compliance with the provisions of the LFAIE), rights, values and financial products as well as all consultations, mandates, services and the exercise of all activities in the administrative areas related to its purposes. The company may not conduct business that requires authorization from the FINMA. It may carry out all transactions related to these activities as well as transactions to promote the purpose and interests of the company. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies that pursue similar purposes, merge with such companies and conclude all contracts that serve or are directly or indirectly related to the further development or achievement of its objectives. It may grant loans to any legal or natural person or accept loans from them.
