The purpose of the company is to carry out asset management mandates (Family Office) by directly or indirectly providing all services related to its main purpose, in particular through the activity as agents, brokers, advisors, consultants and by providing all administrative, accounting, management, legal and social services. The company may also engage in publishing, educational projects, career counseling and all publications related to the field of education and studies. The company will primarily provide general support in all areas to all individuals, companies or entities that are close to it or connected with it. Except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad, the company may: participate in other companies, acquire, exploit, manage and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and perform all acts that arise from its business purpose or are suitable to promote its development or the development of group companies; participate directly or indirectly in the financing of group companies, in particular by granting loans or securities in the form of guarantees, pledges or other security rights to its direct or indirect shareholders, group companies or third parties, even if these loans or securities are in the exclusive interest of its direct or indirect shareholders or group companies or are granted free of charge.
