The purpose of the company is to provide legal services in Switzerland and abroad through lawyers registered in Switzerland and other qualified advisors, as well as related activities, and also includes the provision of notarial services in the cantons where this is permitted. The company may conduct all business and take all measures that are suitable to promote the company's purpose directly or indirectly, such as acquiring, managing, using, encumbering and disposing of enterprises of all kinds, real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, as well as establishing branches and subsidiaries. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties or companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as to direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved, whether by way of loans or other financing, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, whether against payment or not. The company may provide security of any kind for its own liabilities or the liabilities of the aforementioned companies or persons, including by way of pledges, assignments, fiduciary transfers or guarantees of any kind, whether against payment or not.
