The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, except those prohibited by the LFAIE (Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners), and in particular brokerage, real estate appraisal and property management, contracts for all financial transactions. It may carry out all financial, commercial and industrial transactions, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or likely to promote its realization. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or create identical or similar companies, carry out all transactions and conclude contracts that are likely to develop the company's purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it, and assume participations in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees if this is in its interest.
