It may also acquire, encumber, and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, both domestically and abroad, and establish branches and agencies in Switzerland or abroad by resolution of the Board of Directors. Furthermore, the company may acquire, manage, and sell securities. The company may provide direct or indirect financing (including cash pooling) to its direct or indirect subsidiaries, its direct or indirect shareholders, and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, as well as to third parties, and may provide security of any kind for the obligations of such companies, including by way of pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether remunerated or not.
