The company can participate in other enterprises, acquire, exploit, manage, and dispose of real estate and intangible assets (in Switzerland, excluding transactions falling under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad), establish subsidiaries and branches both domestically and abroad, and furthermore, perform all legal acts that the company's purpose may entail or that are suitable to promote its development or that of group companies.
