The company may also engage, directly or indirectly, in commercial activities that may include, among others, the trade of cosmetics, accessories, hair treatments, beauty products, perfumes and gifts. The company may also offer beauty salon services. It may carry out all activities, enter into all contracts and perform all commercial or financial operations that fall within the scope of its statutory purpose or are likely to promote its realization. Furthermore, it may conclude all collaboration contracts with third-party companies with a view to developing, maintaining and operating the international network of stores referred to in the preceding paragraph or with third-party companies with which collaboration contracts are concluded.
