Sequência BJJ Team

The purpose of Sequência BJJ Team is to practice and promote the martial art of BJJ and self-defense in Switzerland. In particular, it aims to promote regular physical activity among children and adolescents and support them in developing a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, the association aims to support children and adolescents in developing and strengthening their body and self-esteem. The association also intends to organize tournaments, events, seminars, regular or one-time BJJ courses, as well as provide financial support to BJJ dojos and BJJ instructors.
