The company's primary purpose is to establish and manage organized wealth units under Anglo-Saxon law (trusts), excluding commercial activities as defined in Article 3 of the Financial Institutions Act in conjunction with Article 19 of the Financial Institutions Ordinance, as well as foundations and companies with domicile in Anglo-Saxon, continental European and other legal systems. Furthermore, the company manages trust transactions, conducts legal transactions regarding trusts and other trust transactions, and provides consulting, care and other services related to these activities, both for customers in Switzerland and abroad, including accounting, holding participations on its own account and on behalf of third parties, and acting as a nominee under Anglo-Saxon law. Additionally, the company provides general financial, tax and legal advice on asset structuring. The company can acquire, hold, manage and sell participations in companies of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad. The company can also conclude all transactions and enter into agreements that directly or indirectly serve the company's purpose or are directly related to it. The company can grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect parent companies and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and provide security of any kind for liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and acquire, hold, manage and sell real estate.
