The company's purpose is to subscribe, acquire, sell and manage all participations, both in Switzerland and abroad, as a holding company, in industrial, financial, commercial and real estate companies, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners. The company may also, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar enterprises, in particular by taking participations in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, either as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
